New Legacy
Mário Junior Pinto has been a leader in Brazilian agribusiness since 1995, with experience spanning livestock, agriculture, fertilizers, and bovine and equine genetics. He developed one of Brazil’s largest cattle feedlot operations and founded Organics Biofertilizantes, now the country’s top company transforming agricultural waste into high-performance organic fertilizers. His work is built on the principles of circular economy, connecting each operation to fuel and support the next.
Karla Reis Pereira Pinto, a physician with a background in internal medicine and strong family roots in ranching, brings strategic, financial, and operational leadership to their ventures. Together, they co-founded MPK Empreendimentos e Participações, which oversees a wide portfolio—from cattle and crop production to advanced equine and bovine genetics and agricultural construction.
In 2022, they expanded internationally with the acquisition of ProFuture, a U.S.-based equine genetics company, and in 2025 became the sole owners of the newly rebranded Oklahoma Stud. With bold vision and deep industry expertise, they are positioning Oklahoma Stud to become a modern leader in stallion and mare management in the near future—with big goals and global ambition.
